Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the UK Drone Pilot Marketplace website and services operated by UK Drone Pilot Marketplace ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the service.

Use of Services

Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using our services under UK law
• Provide accurate and complete information

Service Description

Our platform connects clients seeking drone services with qualified drone pilots. We facilitate the connection but are not a party to the contracts between clients and pilots. We do not control the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided.

User Accounts

When you create an account, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Pilot Requirements

Drone pilots using our platform must:

• Hold valid CAA certifications (GVC A2 CofC or equivalent)
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
• Comply with all UK drone regulations
• Provide honest and accurate information about capabilities
• Complete jobs professionally and to agreed specifications
• Not subcontract work without client consent

Fees and Payments

Our fee structure:

• We charge a service fee on successful job completions
• Fees are clearly disclosed before job acceptance
• Payment terms are arranged directly between clients and pilots
• We are not responsible for payment disputes between users
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Engage in unauthorized commercial activities
• Attempt to bypass our fee structure
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Collect user information without consent

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide the platform "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for user conduct or content
• We are not responsible for job quality or outcomes
• Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us
• We exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

• Breach these Terms of Service
• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Receive excessive complaints
• Violate applicable laws

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
